FamilyHub360 (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a private application for organizing family lists, tasks, and activities. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used. FamilyHub360 is operated by Utmost Solutions LLC.
Information we collect
- Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and identify your account.
- Content you create. Lists, list items, and any profile details you add (such as phone number or birthday) are stored so the app can display them back to you.
- Approximate location. If you use the restaurant feature, your device's location is used at that moment to find nearby restaurants. It is sent to Google's Places service to return results and is not stored by the app.
How we use information
Information is used solely to provide the app's features to you. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below that make the app function.
Service providers
- Google — sign-in (OAuth) and the Places API for restaurant search.
- Convex — backend database that stores your account and content.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting of the website (S3 & CloudFront).
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
